Description
The Lead First Line Supervisor directs hourly employees in a 10-20 person manufacturing department, overseeing safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, attendance, schedules, performance, training, standardized work, audits, continuous improvement, and escalation processes. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years of relevant experience, and preferred manufacturing, chemical plant, supervisory, rotating-shift, and chemical-process experience. The base salary is $86,400 to $129,600 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
