Coke Florida is hiring a Lead Fleet Technician for its Orlando location, working 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The role leads fleet reliability through advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, troubleshooting, quality control, scheduling, training, root-cause analysis, and fleet initiatives. It requires at least four years of fleet maintenance experience, including advanced diagnostics, multi-system troubleshooting, complex repair planning, and team leadership, along with DOT compliance knowledge, fleet operations experience, and a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years.
