Coke Florida is hiring a Lead Fleet Technician in Jacksonville to lead the company’s fleet maintenance organization. The role serves as the final technical escalation point, validates complex diagnostics and repair plans, ensures repair quality and fleet reliability, trains and mentors technicians, coaches and assesses skills, develops future technical leaders, coordinates shop activities, monitors repair backlogs and service levels, supports scheduling, conducts repair audits, and resolves conflicts. The position supports light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, hydraulic systems, and powered industrial truck equipment, and requires 8+ years of fleet maintenance experience including advanced diagnostics, multi-system troubleshooting, complex repair planning, and team leadership.
