Description
Imprimus Labels & Packaging is hiring an experienced Lead Flexo Press Operator for its second shift at the Pasadena, Texas facility. The role operates and maintains flexographic printing presses, verifies job materials, monitors print quality and registration, troubleshoots equipment, supports other pressroom personnel, coordinates production workflow, completes documentation, and secures the facility at the end of the shift. The position requires at least five years of flexo press operating experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The second shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to midnight, with a shift differential above the base hourly rate.
