Description
The Lead Flight Control Engineer - Tactical Munitions will design, simulate, implement, and maintain flight control and guidance algorithms for a new electrical tactical munition project. The role covers 6-DOF flight dynamics modeling, electro-optical computer vision integration, SITL and HITL tuning, flight-test telemetry analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust control laws for microcontrollers. Candidates need at least five years of experience in flight control, guidance, or navigation algorithms, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or control systems field, and strong C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink skills.
