Description
STARK is hiring a Lead Flight Test Operations Manager to lead complex flight test campaigns across multiple unmanned platforms and international test ranges in Kenya, Ukraine, and Sweden. The role owns campaign execution, range coordination, approvals, logistics, dangerous goods transportation, crew planning, and the transition between inert-flight, static-fire, and live-fire phases, while leading operational teams and serving as the interface with military authorities, customers, and host-nation agencies. Candidates need at least eight years of flight test, military aviation, or aerospace operations experience, including three years in leadership, plus German and English fluency at C1 or higher and project management experience.
