Description
ABM is seeking a Lead/Shift Leader to supervise facility operations at an assigned building or location when the manager is absent. The role coordinates daily work, delegates assignments, oversees cleaning and service requests, maintains keys and access cards, trains new hires, validates time records, and performs expert hard-surface floor care. It also requires safe operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heavy-duty floor-care machinery. A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required, while one year of similar, customer service, or lead experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
