Pattern is seeking a Lead for Data Collection & Operations to manage and contribute to their expanding Marketplace Data Acquisition team in Pune. The successful candidate will lead a team of Data Collection Specialists, ensuring accurate and consistent data collection from various marketplace platforms. They will also develop and enforce SOPs, collaborate with engineering and QA teams, track team performance, and actively participate in data collection during peak times. Additionally, they will monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security standards. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with data operations and e-commerce marketplaces.
