Description
The Lead for Responsive & NOS Flows will serve as the operational command center for On’s Cadence and continuous replenishment programs globally. Reporting to the Head of Responsive Programs, the role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, global milestones, seasonal assortment intake, fulfillment capacity, safety-stock planning, process automation, SOP development, metrics, and risk reporting. The position requires at least five years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, or supply chain operations, along with advanced planning-system proficiency and knowledge of continuous replenishment and inventory optimization.
