Heirloom Construction is hiring a full-time Lead Foreman to organize commercial job sites, assess situations, execute scopes of work, maintain cleanliness, communicate with crews, order and return materials, and mentor apprentice carpenters. The role requires a high school or GED, at least five years of crew-leader or foreman experience in residential construction, and the ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights. Compensation is $30-$40 per hour, with medical and dental insurance, vacation, and paid holidays.
