Description
The Lead Forklift Operator will oversee forklift operations, provide guidance and training to operators, and supervise warehouse picking, preparation, shipment, inventory, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and material-handling procedures. The role also involves delegating tasks, communicating with management, and performing other assigned duties. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, forklift-operator experience including double forklifts, basic computer and warehouse-management-system skills, and the ability to work variable shifts and perform physically demanding work.
