Description
Eliza is hiring a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to own delivery quality and technical direction across a portfolio of client accounts. The role coaches and develops field engineers, reviews critical architecture, manages risks and escalations, maintains client confidence, and establishes execution discipline. It requires at least eight years of software engineering experience, client-facing delivery experience, strong Python and production AI/ML delivery skills, cloud and CI/CD expertise, and the ability to develop engineers. The position is fully remote and includes salary, deployment bonuses or client uplift incentives, equity options, and remote work stipends.
