Prologis is hiring a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with business teams and lead complex, business-embedded AI deployments across an anchor domain. The role involves redesigning workflows with AI agents and software, architecting and building production-grade applications, evaluating and stabilizing solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring Senior FDEs, and establishing reusable patterns and delivery standards. It is a senior individual-contributor position requiring extensive software and AI engineering experience, strong programming and architecture skills, and the ability to work directly with senior business executives.
