Description
Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers, experienced technical builders who design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions in production enterprise customer environments. The role involves building AI agents, prompts, tool integrations, data pipelines, dashboards, and MVPs; collaborating with customers, partners, senior engineers, and Deployment Strategists; and contributing field insights to product teams. Candidates need at least three years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, customer-facing technical delivery experience, a degree in computer science or a related field, and proficiency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex. The role requires approximately 25% travel and offers Salesforce platform experience, agent frameworks, cloud data platforms, and specialist AI delivery experience as additional qualifications.
