Description
Salesforce is hiring a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the design, build, and production deployment of agentic AI solutions in enterprise customer environments. The role owns AI agent architecture, prompts, reasoning, tool calls, integrations, data pipelines, dashboards, and KPI reporting, while leading proofs of concept and minimum viable products. The engineer will serve as a senior technical voice, mentor junior engineers, and partner with a Deployment Strategist to translate customer business challenges into deployable solutions. The role requires at least seven years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, extensive customer-facing delivery experience, fluency in multiple programming languages, and the ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
