Bolt Farm Treehouse is hiring a Lead Forward Deployed Operator to serve as the senior execution role on its strike team, reporting directly to the Founder. The role deploys to high-priority operational problems, architects multi-system workflows, builds and iterates AI-augmented operational systems, triages strike requests, mentors junior operators, and owns outcomes and KPIs. Candidates need at least three years of experience building operational systems, automations, or internal tools, a demonstrable build portfolio, and proficiency with at least two of Zapier, n8n, Make, Cursor, Python, or low-code/no-code platforms. The position offers a base salary of $95,000–$120,000, an on-target earnings range of $136,000–$171,000, a 30% performance variable, a $400 monthly health stipend, and a hybrid arrangement with on-site deployment periods in Whitwell, Tennessee.
