Pragmatike is recruiting a Lead Founding Product Engineer for a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure for high-volume, real-time business operations. The role leads 0→1 product engineering initiatives, defines architectures and development frameworks, leads cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery, establishes engineering standards, mentors senior engineers, and influences product and architecture strategy. The position is full-time and remote in the United States, with compensation of $200,000–$400,000 USD and an ASAP start date.
