Description
The Lead FP&A professional leads short- and long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance and profitability analysis, capital allocation, investment evaluation, financial reporting, risk assessment, and executive decision support. The role also leads the FP&A team, provides coaching and task direction, and serves as the escalation point for internal and management issues. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience, at least four years of FP&A experience, experience with automation and financial reporting tools, and a relevant professional accounting qualification.
