L3Harris is hiring a Lead Systems Engineer in Salt Lake City, Utah, to lead the FRACAS process for DoD communications systems and identify failure trends in complex electronic, low-volume environments. The role directs root-cause investigations, coordinates corrective actions across engineering, manufacturing, programs, material control, and quality, maintains FRACAS databases, and presents technical data to management and customers. Candidates must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance and meet one of three education-and-experience pathways: an ABET-accredited bachelor's degree with at least nine years of relevant experience, a graduate degree with at least seven years of related experience, or thirteen years of related experience without a degree.
