Astucemedia is hiring a Lead Front & Back-End Developer to bridge architectural vision with production delivery in a fast-paced live-data-visualization environment. The role is split between people leadership and technical oversight: leading and mentoring six developers, partnering with the Technical Project Manager, occasionally overseeing onsite client integrations, and actively developing and reviewing full-stack systems. Responsibilities include Angular and .NET Core development, API and messaging integration, Kafka and WebSocket optimization, Docker, CI/CD, and schema validation. The position requires 10+ years of software development experience, strong frontend and backend expertise, English proficiency, and the ability to travel to the United States; French is a strong asset.
