Description

ITG is hiring a Lead Front End Developer for its Digital Engineering team to build and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and websites for high-profile brands. The role works in cross-functional Agile teams and focuses on modern front-end development using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, CSS, HTML5, build tools, testing frameworks, and AI coding assistants such as Cursor. The position also includes mentoring, line management, code reviews, technical strategy, and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience with at least one of TypeScript, React, or ES6+.
Experience managing and mentoring employees.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience delivering responsive web projects, content-managed websites, SPAs, configurators, or ecommerce applications.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
Experience with Sass and styled-components.
Knowledge of browser APIs and web sockets.
Accessibility and web performance expertise.
Ability to use AI coding tools effectively and write clear prompts.
