Amazon is hiring a Lead Fulfillment Associate in West Jefferson, Ohio, to support operations leaders and associates in a fulfillment center. The role may include trainer, process assistant, shipping clerk, ISS representative, dock clerk, receiving clerk, non-inventory receive clerk, regulated waste coordinator, Amazon Robotics floor-health monitor, or data analyst responsibilities, along with production work such as picking and packing orders, receiving and stowing product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and loading and unloading trucks. The position requires at least one year of Microsoft Office experience, a high school education or equivalent, flexible shift availability, the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work up to 12-hour shifts, and availability for 40 hours per week plus overtime. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, with additional shift differentials and overtime possible.
