Ro is hiring a full-time Lead Fulfillment Technician in Romeoville, Illinois to oversee pharmacy technician operations, lead and train technicians, support scheduling, and ensure accurate prescription and non-prescription medication fulfillment. The role includes operating pharmacy automation equipment, troubleshooting workflow issues, maintaining compliance and inspection readiness, and contributing to continuous improvement. Candidates need an active and unrestricted Illinois Pharmacy Technician Certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least two years of pharmacy technician experience; prior leadership experience is preferred.
