Ro is hiring a full-time Lead Fulfillment Technician in Boynton Beach, Florida, to oversee pharmacy fulfillment operations and lead pharmacy technicians on the Monday–Friday 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. shift. The role includes team leadership, onboarding and training, scheduling support, prescription and non-prescription medication fulfillment, pharmacy automation operation and troubleshooting, quality and regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, issue resolution, and continuous workflow improvement. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted Florida Certified Pharmacy Technician certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess at least two years of pharmacy technician experience; prior leadership experience is preferred.
