Description
SimCorp is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Platform Product Development team. The role owns the design, development, testing, and delivery of backend software solutions using .NET, C#, REST APIs, databases, Azure, and related engineering practices. Responsibilities include leading engineering projects, providing technical guidance, collaborating with product owners and stakeholders, improving engineering quality, and working in a Scrum team. The position requires more than six years of .NET experience, including at least two years in a lead or senior role, along with experience in software architecture, CI/CD, testing, code reviews, and Agile development. The role follows a hybrid model with office work two days per week and remote work on other days.
