Progressive Leasing is hiring a hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to lead and ship production software across backend APIs and services, React/TypeScript frontends, cloud-native deployments, internal tooling, and cross-stack initiatives. The role requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, strong C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript expertise, daily use of AI coding tools, and experience mentoring engineers. It is a work-from-home position available from anywhere in the continental United States or from the company's corporate location in Utah.
