The Gym Group is hiring a Lead Full-Stack Developer to provide technical leadership across multiple value streams, guiding the evolution of its digital platforms on a modern Azure-based stack. The role combines hands-on full-stack development with architecture input, mentoring engineers, setting engineering standards, and governing AI-assisted development practices. It requires strong experience in React/Next.js, .NET Core, Azure, IaC, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices, and is based in a hybrid arrangement with three days per week in Clapham Junction.
