Description

AIR Communities is hiring a Lead Full-Stack Engineer for its Denver headquarters data team. The role leads the design and delivery of scalable .NET and React.js applications, RESTful APIs, microservices, databases, authentication, security, and cloud-hosted solutions while providing technical leadership, mentoring, architecture guidance, and cross-functional project coordination. The position requires 10–12+ years of full-stack development experience, is in-office five days per week, and offers a base salary of $130,000–$155,000 plus an annual bonus and benefits.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 10–12+ years of professional full-stack development experience with C# and .NET
Expertise with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and RESTful API development
Solid experience with relational databases and SQL query writing
Experience building and hosting applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and using Git
Experience implementing and maintaining application security best practices
Experience providing technical leadership, shaping system architecture, and guiding design decisions
Experience mentoring engineers, establishing coding standards, and leading code reviews
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, UX, QA, and DevOps
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure Service Fabric or similar microservices platforms
Familiarity with cloud deployment strategies and CI/CD orchestration
Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing best practices
Understanding of NoSQL databases in application architecture
Experience with containerization tools
