Humana is hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead full-stack engineering strategy and delivery across UI, APIs, backend services, and data platforms. The role includes architectural direction, modernization and cloud migration initiatives, quality and security governance, production incident leadership, cross-functional influence, and mentorship of engineering talent. It is a 40-hour full-time remote position based in Louisville, Kentucky or Dallas, Texas, with occasional office visits, and offers a base salary of $129,300 to $177,800 per year plus a bonus incentive plan.
