Citi is hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer for its Issuer Services Technology team in Dublin. The role leads application systems analysis and programming, drives platform modernization and architectural decisions, and supports legacy application transformation. Responsibilities include coordinating with management teams, resolving complex business and system issues, establishing coding and testing standards, coaching mid-level developers, and managing project risks and compliance. The position requires at least 10 years of relevant senior engineering leadership experience, full-stack development expertise, AI and prompt-engineering knowledge, and proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. It is a full-time hybrid role with up to two days working from home per week and a base salary of 93,280 to 139,920 euros annually.
