CoverGo is hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead the technical vision and execution of its enterprise-grade insurance SaaS platform. The role combines hands-on full-stack development with engineering leadership, including mentoring engineers, guiding architecture and standards, driving AI integration, and improving security, scalability, testing, and continuous delivery. The position is 100% remote and requires extensive Node.js and full-stack experience, AI application expertise, cloud and infrastructure knowledge, and strong software engineering leadership.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Technical leadership and mentoring of engineering teams building complex SaaS applications
At least 8 years of full-stack development experience using Node.js and related technologies
Building and deploying AI-driven applications using APIs and machine learning models
Architecting and deploying scalable applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
TDD and testing framework and automation experience
Practical application of OOP, SOLID, and design patterns
Web security implementation and regulatory compliance
Docker and cloud infrastructure experience
