The role combines hands-on full-stack development with engineering leadership, including mentoring engineers, guiding architecture and standards, driving AI integration, managing technical debt, and supporting security and compliance. Candidates need extensive Node.js and full-stack experience, AI application expertise, cloud and testing knowledge, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
