CoverGo is hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead the technical vision and execution of its enterprise-grade insurance SaaS platform. The role combines hands-on full-stack development with engineering leadership, including mentoring engineers, guiding architecture and standards, driving AI integration, conducting code reviews, improving scalability and security, and managing technical debt. The position is 100% remote and requires extensive Node.js and full-stack experience, AI application expertise, cloud and testing knowledge, and strong collaboration skills.
