Empower is hiring a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the full software development lifecycle for scalable microservices and web applications. The role involves end-to-end design, development, deployment, production support, modernization, and continuous optimization, with technical leadership, mentoring, architecture guidance, and collaboration with architects, product partners, and business stakeholders. The position requires at least 8 years of professional software engineering experience, strong Java and Spring Boot backend expertise, React or Angular frontend experience, cloud-native and DevOps experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
