Description
Arc’teryx is hiring a full-time Store Lead to support the Assistant and Store Manager while leading Product Guides and overseeing the in-store experience, product knowledge, community, operations, and people. The role includes floor leadership five days per week, coaching, inventory and visual merchandising, sales and labor management, store opening and closing, customer service, and event networking. Candidates need at least one year of leadership experience and 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication and coaching skills, flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. The position pays USD 24.72–27.40 per hour and requires availability across six days per week, including weekends.
