SQUER is hiring a Lead AI Engineer to independently lead a team and drive AI-enhanced software development across client projects. The role covers the full software lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement, while guiding clients in AI adoption and collaborating within agile teams. Candidates need strong frontend and backend development knowledge, experience with modern frameworks and programming languages, cloud-native and containerization knowledge, and fluency in English. The position offers hybrid work, training, and an annual gross salary of €75,000 to €95,000.
