LTS is hiring a remote Lead Functional Business Analyst to lead and mentor a Business Analyst team supporting a major AI modernization initiative for the Department of Veterans Affairs’ health portfolio. The role owns business analysis methodology, requirements quality, stakeholder engagement, and the translation of legacy VistA/MUMPS Prosthetics functionality into validated requirements, while applying human-centered design and Agile practices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of business analysis experience including leadership, and deep knowledge of VA VistA and Prosthetics workflows.
