The role involves designing workflows using design-thinking capabilities, balancing user experience with operational and technological constraints, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements like AML, fraud, and sanctions. Key responsibilities include stakeholder relationship management, talent leadership, capabilities and requirements analysis, testing and scope management, and post-go-live activities.
