Damien Keane Garden Design Ltd is hiring a Garden Aftercare & Soft Landscaping Manager / Lead Gardener to manage and inspire the garden aftercare team, perform gardening and planting work, schedule aftercare visits, monitor service quality, maintain client relationships, control maintenance stock, and support other landscaping activities. The role requires horticultural qualifications or four years of gardening experience, supervisory experience in garden aftercare and soft landscaping, Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification, a full clean driving licence, and residence within 40–45 minutes of Coolgreany, County Wexford, or willingness to relocate. It is a full-time contract with a 40-hour working week, overtime pay, and career advancement opportunities.
