York Building Services is hiring a proactive, articulate Lead Gen and Appointment Setter to support commercial lead generation and sales appointment booking for its NY/NJ metropolitan market. The part-time remote role involves researching and qualifying prospects in Convex, making outbound calls, updating HubSpot CRM, sending follow-up emails and nurturing sequences, and supporting sales pipeline growth. The ideal candidate has strong spoken and written English, 1+ year of outbound cold calling or appointment setting experience, and is based in Latin America; training will be provided on Convex.
