Third Bridge is hiring a Japanese Expert Recruiter to expand its Japanese expert network. The role involves proactive recruitment, offline sourcing at exhibitions and networking events, organizing expert events, creating content through AI interviews, using research tools beyond LinkedIn, and conducting deep-dive research to recruit specialized industry experts. The position requires native or fluent Japanese, basic English, strong networking and research skills, and must be based in Tokyo.
