Description
The Outbound Concierge Specialist will proactively contact consumers who have submitted service inquiries through online lead-generation channels, verify their needs and eligibility, qualify leads, and connect them with appropriate service providers. The role requires outbound calling, lead qualification, customer service, objection handling, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality standards. It is a work-from-home position and requires at least one year of sales or sales development representative experience.
