Savers/Value Village is hiring a remote Lead Generation Specialist in El Paso, Texas, to conduct high-volume outbound calls to nonprofit organizations for the FUNDrive fundraising program. The role schedules appointments, collects decision-maker contact information, maintains nonprofit records, documents call outcomes, and reports trends to leadership. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer-service skills, data-entry ability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation is $11.50-$16.10 per hour, with bundled medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
