Flyte Solutions Ltd. is hiring a full-time Lead Generative AI Engineer in Bangladesh to define architecture and technical direction for enterprise-scale generative AI platforms, RAG pipelines, AI agents, copilots, and production applications. The role requires 7+ years of experience across AI/ML, software engineering, distributed systems, or related areas, along with expertise in LLMs, Python, backend and platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, LLMOps, and AI governance. The engineer will lead technical teams, mentor AI/ML engineers, optimize model performance and costs, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant AI solutions.
