Citi is hiring a Generative AI/Agentic Solutions Architect to architect, design, and lead the development of production-grade generative AI and complex agentic solutions for the Retail Bank business. The role focuses on analytics, RAG and agent-based solutions, agent training and feedback, compliance, security, performance, and mentoring data scientists. It requires 4–7 years of experience, strong Python and AI/ML expertise, cloud-native architecture knowledge, and a bachelor's degree with a master's degree preferred.
