Superior Water and Air is hiring a full-time Brand Ambassador/Lead Generator to work inside partnered big-box retail stores. The role involves greeting shoppers, explaining home-service offerings such as HVAC and plumbing, qualifying interested homeowners, capturing customer information, maintaining the branded display, tracking performance metrics, and handing qualified leads to the sales team. Candidates need 0–2 years of customer-facing experience, strong communication and people skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand for extended periods; a background check and drug screening are required.
