WSP USA is hiring a Lead Geologist for its Greensboro, North Carolina office, with Durham and Charlotte also considered. The role leads environmental consulting services, including hydrogeological characterization, environmental assessments, and compliance; manages technical and administrative projects; mentors environmental scientists and engineers; prepares regulatory reports; develops business development and marketing strategies; and represents the company with clients, regulators, and subcontractors. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in geology or a related discipline, 7–10+ years of related experience, project management or business development experience, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel primarily in the Southeast.
