Description
GHD is hiring a Lead Geotechnical Engineer for its Civil Infrastructure business group to lead geotechnical investigations, design, analysis, reporting, risk assessments, and client-facing technical work across complex infrastructure projects. The role also involves mentoring and managing geotechnical engineers, supporting business development, and ensuring project quality, schedule, and budget delivery. It requires a civil engineering degree, 10–15+ years of geotechnical experience, advanced finite-element and geostructural software knowledge, and experience leading multidisciplinary project teams. The position follows a hybrid model with in-office collaboration three days per week and can be based in Makati or Quezon City.
