Fossil Group is hiring a Team Lead – Strategic Sourcing for its Procurement Operations team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role leads end-to-end strategic sourcing, global RFPs and RFQs, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, contract management, supplier rationalization, spend analysis, working-capital initiatives, and procurement governance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10–13 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or vendor commercial sourcing, along with strong negotiation, analytical, stakeholder-management, and ERP skills.
