Sparkle Grooming Co. is seeking an experienced Grooming Manager to lead a high-performing salon team. The role combines hands-on dog grooming with leadership responsibilities, including onboarding and training groomers, maintaining breed-standard service quality, ensuring pet and associate safety, supporting sales and membership goals, coaching the team, maintaining hygiene and workstations, advising pet owners, and resolving customer-service issues. The position requires four to six years of professional grooming experience, knowledge of breed standards and scissoring techniques, and experience in customer service and conflict resolution.
